Information regarding the children’s meetings

Important points:

  • Children will not be allowed in the main hall where the meetings will be held at the Ministry Conference Center (MCC).
  • Parents with children ages 0-5 can watch the meetings in room NW2 at the MCC.
  • The children’s meetings (grades K-6) will be in the meeting hall of the Church in Anaheim District 3 located at 2528 W. La Palma Ave., Anaheim, CA 92801.
  • Before the first meeting, you need to fill the following registration form for each child: https://forms.gle/PrCvLfk9oepsnkid9.
  • Please note that dinner will NOT be provided for the children so you must pick them up during the conference break.
  • There will be no children’s meeting on Saturday between 5:00-6:30 pm.

Parents’ room for children ages 0-5 not currently enrolled in Kindergarten

Parents may care for children from infant through preschool age in one of the MCC rooms (room NW2). Live streaming of all conference meetings will be provided in this room.

  • Each child must be always accompanied by one of his parents or an adult.
  • Children over 5 years of age will not be accepted in this room, even if their parents are in the room caring for a younger sibling.
  • No toys will be provided. Please bring your own toys or anything that you may need to keep your child entertained. Please do not bring any crayons, paint, markers, Play-Doh or anything that could stain the floor or the walls even if it is labeled as washable.
  • Do not make or receive any phone calls while in the room to allow others to listen to the meeting.
  • Please always watch your child.
  • Do not allow your child to wander outside of the room.
  • Do not wander around the other areas of the building.
  • Remember that the purpose of this room is to provide a safe environment where parents can care of their young children while being able to enjoy the message. Please keep children calm and as quiet as possible.
  • No meals or snacks will be provided. Please prepare and bring the necessary food for you and your children.

Children’s meetings for Kindergarten to 6th-graders

The children’s service will be held on all three days of the conference in the meeting hall of the Church in Anaheim District 3 located at 2528 W. La Palma Ave., Anaheim, CA 92801. It will be for children in Kindergarten through sixth grade. In order to attend, children must be at least 5 years old and in Kindergarten.

Prior to the first meeting your child will attend, he/she must be brought by a parent or legal guardian, as a registration form will be filled out. We ask that you arrive in plenty of time to complete this form, or you may also fill the form now at:

Check-In Time

Parents may bring their children starting at the following times:

  • Session 1 (Friday Night): 7:00 pm
  • Session 2 (Saturday Afternoon): 2:30 pm
  • Session 3 (Saturday Night): 6:30 pm
  • Session 4 (Lord’s Day Morning): 9:00 am

Please note that dinner will NOT be provided for the children so you must pick them up during the conference break. There will be no childcare from 5:00-6:30pm.

Parents should pick up their children immediately upon dismissal from conference meetings.

We give priority to the safety and well-being of your children. For this reason, we will be implementing a child check-in/out procedure. We ask for your cooperation in following these procedures.

Simple snacks will be provided. Please indicate if your children have any food allergies on the registration form.
